Ingredients 

Soup Base

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Dumplings

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add chicken broth and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, and salt to make the dumpling dough.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling dough into the simmering soup. Cook until dumplings float to the top and are cooked through.
  5. 5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for a few more minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
