Ingredients

  • 200 g King Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Scallops cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the king prawns and scallops to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
