King Prawn and Scallop Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g King Prawns peeled and deveined
- 200 g Scallops cleaned
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the king prawns and scallops to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
