Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe

- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup kimchi chopped
- 2 tablespoon kimchi juice
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 stalks green onions chopped
- 2 eggs eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the kimchi to one side of the wok and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
