  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 pieces Lobster Tails
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the shrimp and lobster tails with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Grill the lobster tails for about 5-6 minutes on each side until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
