Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 pieces Lobster Tails
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the shrimp and lobster tails with the olive oil mixture.
Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Grill the lobster tails for about 5-6 minutes on each side until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
