  • 1 lb imitation crab meat shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and chopped green onions.
  2. Add the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
