Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion small, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Push the garlic and onion to the side, and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
