Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from grill and set aside.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. Top the salad with the grilled shrimp and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
