Island Style Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Diced pineapple
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten egg on the other side. Scramble the egg until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice and diced pineapple to the wok. Stir everything together.
  6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
