  • 2 cups grated raw potatoes
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour, milk, salt, and baking powder.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Drop large spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten into pancakes.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
