Main Ingredients
- 2 cups grated raw potatoes
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon butter for frying
1. Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour, milk, salt, and baking powder.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop large spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten into pancakes.
5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
