Instant Pot Shrimp Broth Recipe
A quick and flavorful shrimp broth made using an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp shells from peeled shrimp
- 1 medium Onion quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic smashed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 8 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 2 stalks Celery chopped
- 2 medium Carrots chopped
1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
2. Add the onion, garlic, celery, and carrots. Sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimp shells, water, salt, and peppercorns.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release.
6. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve and discard solids.
7. Use the broth immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
