Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all the spices.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Serve hot with naan or rice and a side of salad.
