Indian Tandoori Chicken Recipe

- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all the spices.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice and a side of salad.
