Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups imitation lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  2. Add chopped imitation lobster meat and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute.
  4. Gradually add fish stock, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and blend the mixture until smooth using a blender.
  6. Return the blended mixture to the pot. Stir in heavy cream and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
