- 1 lb imitation crabmeat flaked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery chopped
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked imitation crabmeat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and chopped green onions.
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
