- 1 lb imitation crab meat
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, and lemon juice.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
