Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices White Bread
  • 1 lb Roast Turkey Breast sliced
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 8 slices Crisp Bacon
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for about a minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Stir in the Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the bread slices on a baking dish. Top each slice with turkey, then cover with the cheese sauce.
  5. Place a slice of tomato on each sandwich and then top with two slices of bacon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the bacon is crisp, about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
