Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts, crab meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers or sliced baguette.
