Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Walnuts halved
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Condensed Milk
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and walnuts. Cook over medium heat until the honey is bubbly and the walnuts are golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Set aside.
3. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Toss the fried shrimp in the mayonnaise mixture until evenly coated.
6. Serve the shrimp topped with the candied walnuts.
