Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup Walnuts halved
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and walnuts. Cook over medium heat until the honey is bubbly and the walnuts are golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. 3. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. 5. Toss the fried shrimp in the mayonnaise mixture until evenly coated.
  6. 6. Serve the shrimp topped with the candied walnuts.
