Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Diced mango
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, diced chicken, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
