Ham and Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Ham, diced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese. Pour half of the sauce over the layers. Repeat layers and pour remaining sauce on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
