Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Seafood mix shrimp, squid, clams
  • 1 bunch Green onions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  2. Add seafood mix, green onions, soy sauce, and salt to the batter. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
