Main Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thinly
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a mixing bowl. 
- 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, chopped dill, sugar, salt, and black pepper. 
- 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well. 
- 4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
