Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, frozen peas, and frozen corn. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
