Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 large Zucchini cut into chunks
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 large Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 8 oz Mushrooms whole
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
  3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
