Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish (like tilapia or cod)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. 4. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish in each tortilla, and top with shredded cabbage, salsa, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
