Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado Avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Louie Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped chives

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
  6. Add the grilled shrimp on top and drizzle with the Louie dressing.
  7. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
