- 4 pieces Italian sausage
- 4 pieces Hoagie rolls sliced
- 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup Onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened.
Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for a minute or two until slightly crispy.
