  • 4 pieces Hoagie rolls sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened.
  4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for a minute or two until slightly crispy.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each roll and topping with the sautéed peppers and onions.
