Ingredients 

Fish Burgers

  • 4 fillets White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 buns Burger buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato sliced

Instructions
