  • 4 slices Bread Any type you prefer
  • 2 slices Cheese Cheddar or your favorite
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. 4. Add a slice of cheese on each piece of bread in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
