Ingredients 

Seafood and Vegetables

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab Legs
  • 2 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes
  • 1 link Andouille Sausage sliced

Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 stick Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the corn to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain the potatoes and corn, and transfer them to a large bowl. Add the shrimp, crab legs, andouille sausage, Cajun seasoning, melted butter, and minced garlic. Toss to coat.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a large piece of aluminum foil and fold the edges to create a sealed packet.
  6. 6. Place the packet on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. 7. Carefully open the packet and transfer the contents to a serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges.
