Grilled Blackened Fish Sandwiches

Fish and Seasoning
- 4 fillets White fish (like tilapia or cod)
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Sandwich Assembly
- 4 buns Hamburger buns toasted
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 4 tablespoon Tartar sauce
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, until lightly browned.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled fish fillet on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and a tablespoon of tartar sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
