Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Green Apple sliced thinly
  • 1 piece Jicama julienned
  • 200 grams Prawns cooked and peeled
  • 1 piece Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the green apples thinly and julienne the jicama.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the green apple, jicama, and cooked prawns.
  3. 3. Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
