Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 lb mixed seafood shrimp, mussels, and fish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the mixed seafood, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
