- 1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender and glazed.
