- 200 g Pasta any short pasta
- 250 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
