- 4 medium potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, grated onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Spoon the potato mixture into the pan, flattening each spoonful into a pancake.
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
