A refreshing cold Spanish soup made from tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and onions.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 cups Cold water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic in a blender.
2. Add red wine vinegar and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
3. Add cold water to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
