- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the shrimp on the smoker rack and smoke for 20 minutes or until they are pink and opaque.
5. Remove the shrimp from the smoker and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
