Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 green onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add prawns and cook until pink.
  5. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onion.
