Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add prawns and cook until pink.
Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion.
