Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
