- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined large
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and flattening them out.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
3. Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove the shrimp from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
