Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 leaves Cabbage large leaves for wrapping
  • 1 cup Salsa your choice
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. Break the cooked fish into chunks.
  5. 5. Place fish chunks in cabbage leaves and top with salsa, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
