Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through.
  4. 4. Stir in the milk and cream. Heat gently, but do not boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
