Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 piece Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a pot, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add macaroni and cook until tender.
5. Stir in carrots and celery, cook until vegetables are tender.
6. Add evaporated milk, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few more minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
