Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. 3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add macaroni and cook until tender.
  5. 5. Stir in carrots and celery, cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Add evaporated milk, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few more minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
