Feta and Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing pasta salad with shrimp and feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta any short pasta
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
