Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Conchiglie Pasta
  • 300 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 1 Fennel Bulb thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and fennel, and sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. 7. Finish with lemon juice and fresh dill. Serve immediately.
