  • 8 Egg Whites
  • ½ cup Chopped Spinach
  • ¼ cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • ¼ cup Diced Onions
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, diced onions, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are set.
  5. Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
