Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 oz Crab Meat drained and flaked
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the ball to firm up.
  3. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the chopped fresh parsley to coat the outside. Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables.
