- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
Dip shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
Remove shrimp with tongs and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
