- 200 g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- to taste oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add water and egg, mix until smooth.
3. Stir in prawns, chives, and bean sprouts.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, fry until golden brown.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
