  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  3. 3. Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the shrimp and drain on paper towels.
